For this exchange district condo project we were inspired by the lovely old building and the neighbourhood itself. With streets and buildings over 100 years old, only certain materials still last and look more beautiful with time. Brick facades, stone lintels, Douglas fir beams, and burnished metal hardware of the exchange district inspired the palette of this interior.
